For operations that provide delivery service to their customers, we provide comprehensive integrated delivery management support.
There are three ways to define delivery, which can be used individually, or in conjunction with one another:
- Delivery map with map rules
- Radius rules
- Zone rules
Any delivery fee you may charge is fully adjustable, both by dollar amount and percentage, and all rules you assign can have an adjustment.
For example:
Let's say your restaurant sets a rule based on the customer's address being within a given radius of your location, and for all customers outside of that radius the rule requires that the minimum order amount be $15, with an additional $2 delivery charge added to the total. NovaDine software lets you easily set an exception to this rule, so that if you wanted to waive the delivery fee for customers outside the radius established in your rule if they meet a certain requirement, such as different order total threshold, say $25, you can! Best of all, there is no limit to how many rules and exceptions you can set, and they can vary across all your chain's locations.
